Lift Us Project, where SAYWiW contributed as a partner organization, conducting fieldwork in Sri Lanka and Afghanistan. 

We are deeply grateful to SAYWiW for their outstanding support and collaboration on our LIFT-Us project, which highlights the often overlooked chore of laundry and its profound impact on women’s physical pain, health, environment, water management, livelihoods, and innovation. SAYWiW shared our passion and commitment to this cause, and their dedication was evident throughout our partnership.

Their team played a crucial role in collecting real and meaningful data from households in Afghanistan and Sri Lanka, providing us with valuable insights that directly contributed to our deliverables for ADB. The professionalism and expertise of SAYWiW in both data collection and analysis were exceptional, ensuring that our work was grounded in authentic experiences and robust evidence.

Working alongside like-minded women who are driven to make a difference was truly inspiring. Together, we were able to give this important issue the attention it deserves. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with SAYWiW and making an even greater impact in the future.
